breakfast - chocolate chip pancakes
appetizer - crayfish tails on Swedish knäcke bröd
...and wine of course! 
main course - lamb with garlic, herbs and potatoes

dessert - princess tårta 
(sponge cake with raspberry & butter cream filling covered in a layer of marzipan)
