Moose Roast & Potatoes
The other night we made moose roast for the first time. Michele had never tasted wild game before, so this was a new experience for him. He was beyond excited to try it. Although I have tasted deer and elk before, this was a slightly different taste. Roasted in a onion soup, apple juice style broth and a few spices.
