A Swedish Christmas Eve ham
brushed with egg, mustard, breadcrumbs, honey and topped with stars of anise and clove. Since we are enjoying the holidays here, we decided to make a traditional Swedish ham along with potatoes, greenbeans, olives and paired with Prosecco and Panettone for dessert.
