chiacchere: a traditional regional sweet crisp pastry handmade, sprinkled with powdered sugar enjoyed at carnevale! Each region has a different name and slightly varied recipe. These particular are named "Galani" as they are from Venice.They have a taste of lemon zest and a shot of grappa included in the dough. Buoni!
