Barchette by Michele
Ingredients:
puff pastry dough
shrimp
smoked bacon (ultra thin sliced)
mushroom
eggs
butter
salt
ground pepper
nutmeg
french herbs
These Barchette were inspired by "little boats" and the creative work of Michele in about 15 minutes prep. Imagine if bacon, shrimp, egg & mushrooms all had a party on a small puff pastry boat. Mmmm
20min later, et voilà!
